This year, thanks to VULCA and the mAkE project, supported by the EU Horizon 2020 programme, 4 African makers traveled to European cities for a month to experience their makerspace culture and develop innovative prototypes. We want to present what we learned, what we would like to do as future residency projects we're fundraising for – all with the aim to create meaningful global exchange and to improve open source projects together.
